Ilene Watson and Lisa Luciano - Co-Founders
Access Transcripts began as a shared vision between two experienced professionals who knew the industry could do better. As co-founders, Ilene and Lisa bring decades of experience, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a drive to continuously improve how transcription services are delivered. Together they have built a company known for reliability, responsiveness, and heart.
Alicia Jarrett - Director of Operations
If it’s happening at Access, Alicia probably has a hand in it. As our Director of Operations, she keeps everything running smoothly, from managing our workflow to handling our invoicing and transcript delivery. Alicia works with our clients to make sure they get their transcript exactly when they need it. Her calm presence and organizational talent keep the wheels turning every single day.
Aimée Robinson - Director of Quality
Aimée leads our quality efforts with focus and dedication. She oversees our entire quality control process, from final transcript review to managing our new quality tracking program, which monitors the accuracy of every subcontractor and proofreader on our team. Her sharp eye and deep understanding of what makes a transcript truly excellent are key to our success.
Lindsey Davis - Administrative Assistant
Lindsey is always a step ahead. She helps with vetting and onboarding new subcontractors and makes sure they meet our expectations right from the start. She is also responsible for implementing automation to improve our workflow and keeps our newsletters running on schedule. Lindsey brings fresh energy and valuable ideas to everything she works on.
Heidi Jolliff - Administrative Assistant
Heidi is the newest member of our team and comes to us with a strong background in transcription. She’s already jumping in to help with proofreading and finalizing transcripts and is picking up our workflow quickly. She brings a great attitude and a willingness to learn, and we’re excited to have her on board and see how she grows with us.
