Just fill out our transcript order form. Once submitted, we’ll handle ordering the audio and paperwork and follow up with deposit information.

We usually request those directly from the court. If you have your own audio, we can transcribe that, too. Not sure? Give us a call and we’ll help you figure it out.

We charge by the page. One hour of audio generally results in about 45 transcript pages. Rates vary by jurisdiction and proejct. Contact us for an accurate quote.

We will send you an email with a secure link to pay by credit card, debit card, or e-check. All transcript fees must be paid in advance unless you are a court or a governmental agency.

We will email a searchable and printable PDF. Printed or condensed copies are available for an additional fee plus postage.

We offer next-day, 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day turnaround times. Please note that the time is calculated from when we receive your deposit and not your initial order.
