We built Access Transcripts to reflect our values and our experience in the industry. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, every time.
Alicia Jarrett, Director of Operations
Alicia keeps the business moving by managing workflow, invoicing, and client communication. She’s the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.
Aimée Robinson, Director of Quality
Aimée leads our quality efforts. She reviews transcripts, provides feedback, and manages our quality tracking program, which helps maintain consistent accuracy across the board.
Lindsey Davis, Administrative Assistant
Lindsey handles vetting and onboarding new subcontractors, sets up automation in our systems, and manages our newsletter. Her work helps us stay organized and efficient.
Heidi Jolliff, Administrative Assistant
Heidi is our newest team member. She brings a strong background in transcription and is already helping with proofreading and finalizing transcripts. She’s jumped in with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
