Ilene Watson co-founded Access Transcripts in 2013 and has led the company through years of exponential year-over-year revenue growth, building it from a two-person operation into a nationally recognized court transcription agency. She spearheaded the company's digital expansion, including the design and build of the Access Transcripts website and the launch of the company's online transcript store. Ilene is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and holds three AAERT certifications: CET, CER, and CDR. Named AAERT's 2022 Professional of the Year, she chairs the AAERT Professional Development Committee and serves on the AAERT Certification Committee, contributing directly to the standards that govern the profession.

Lisa Luciano is co-founder of Access Transcripts, bringing over two decades of expertise in the transcription industry. Lisa has built a distinguished career rooted in accuracy, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to the field. She is certified by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts and holds three AAERT certifications: CET, CDR, and NJ AD/T. She further demonstrates her leadership and commitment to the industry through her service on the AAERT Executive Board and her work on multiple committees. Her combination of certifications, board-level leadership, and years of hands-on experience make her a recognized authority in the field.
