Announcing Launch of Access Transcripts Pro, Professional Development Platform for Court Transcriptionists

Platform Debuts with Professional Transcript Review & Feedback Service, Offering Practitioners Access to Expert Critique from Two of the Industry’s Most Credentialed Court Transcriptionists

FISHERS, Ind. — Access Transcripts, LLC, a nationally recognized court transcription agency, today announced the launch of Access Transcripts Pro, a professional development platform purpose-built for court transcriptionists. The platform launches with its first offering, the Professional Transcript Review & Feedback service, which provides working and aspiring court transcriptionists with a detailed written critique of their work, personally reviewed by Access Transcripts co-founders Lisa Luciano and Ilene Watson.

Access Transcripts Pro was founded on a straightforward premise: that court transcriptionists at every stage of their career deserve access to substantive, expert-level feedback from practitioners who are still actively working in the field. The Professional Transcript Review service fills a gap that has long existed in the industry, providing a structured, confidential critique against the same professional standards applied to work produced for federal and state courts.

Each review covers six professional categories: accuracy and verbatim compliance, legal terminology and spelling, formatting and layout, speaker identification, punctuation and grammar, and overall professionalism. Clients receive a written feedback report with specific page and line references and prioritized recommendations, delivered to their email within five business days. The service is priced at $75 for transcripts up to 25 pages and is available now at access-transcripts.com/transcript-review.

“There is no shortage of training programs in this industry, but there has never been a straightforward way to get honest, expert feedback on actual work product,” said Ilene Watson, co-founder of Access Transcripts. “We built this service because we believe every transcriptionist deserves to know exactly where they stand and exactly what to do about it.”

“Access Transcripts Pro is the professional development resource I wish had existed when Ilene and I were building our careers,” said Lisa Luciano, co-founder of Access Transcripts. “We are bringing the full weight of our experience directly to the transcriptionists who need it most.”

The Professional Transcript Review service is designed for new transcriptionists preparing to enter the workforce, working transcriptionists seeking objective feedback to raise their standard, and certification candidates sharpening their work ahead of professional examinations.

The launch of the transcript review service marks the first in a series of professional development offerings planned under the Access Transcripts Pro platform, which will also include a three-volume ebook series, industry related webinars and workshops, as well as one-on-one consulting services. Additional offerings are expected to launch throughout 2026.
