Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program Helps Fuel Ilene Watson’s Vision for Access Transcripts

Fishers, IN — Ilene Watson, Co-founder and Co-CEO of Access Transcripts, LLC, has successfully completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) program. This respected national program gives small business owners the training and support they need to grow their companies and strengthen their communities.

Ilene was part of the first Indiana-based cohort of the program. Over a 12-week period, she worked alongside other business owners to explore key areas of entrepreneurship, including leadership, financials, marketing, and operations. Each participant developed a custom growth plan tailored to their business and its goals.

“This program gave me the space to step outside of daily tasks and really focus on how to take the business to the next level,” Ilene said. “It was challenging, eye-opening, and exactly what I needed to gain clarity and confidence in our long-term goals.”

Access Transcripts, LLC was founded in 2013 and provides certified legal transcription services to attorneys, court reporters, and government agencies nationwide. Known for reliable turnaround times and a deep understanding of court rules and formatting, the company specializes in appellate and expedited transcript work, with a strong focus on Indiana.

Ilene’s participation in the program came at a critical time in the company’s growth. With demand rising and more partnerships forming, the experience helped her solidify internal systems, build stronger infrastructure, and plan for strategic expansion.

“We’ve worked hard to build something dependable and trusted in the legal field,” Ilene said. “This experience helped me fine-tune our systems so we can grow intentionally while continuing to support our team and our clients and maintain our quality standards.”

The 10,000 Small Businesses program was developed by Goldman Sachs in partnership with Babson College. More than 14,000 small business owners across the country have completed the program. Most graduates report increased revenue and job creation within six months of finishing.

Ilene is now focused on building the Access Transcripts team, improving workflows, and using smart tools to make things even easier for clients. Through it all, she remains dedicated to helping legal professionals meet their deadlines with high-quality, court-ready transcripts they can trust.
